I hereby agree that: (i) By clicking next to each statement under Merchant Electronic Signature and by clicking “I Agree” I am executing this Application and agreeing to the terms set forth in this Application and the referenced documents and intend to be legally bound thereby, (ii) by clicking next to the Guarantor Electronic Signature I am agreeing to the terms set forth next to the Guarantor Electronic Signature and intend to be personally and legally bound thereby (iii) this Application, the consent to obtain credit reports, the Merchant Card Processing Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Visa Disclosure, and Qualpay’s pricing shall be effective by electronic means, (iv) I am binding myself and the Merchant to this Application, the Merchant Card Processing Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Visa Disclosure, Electronic Signature Terms and Qualpay’s pricing, (v) I authorize Qualpay and its designees to obtain business and personal credit information on me and the Merchant, (vi) I have the authority to sign on behalf of the Merchant, and (vii) I have the ability to print or otherwise store this application, the Merchant Card Processing Agreement, Terms and Conditions, Visa Disclosure, Electronic Signature Terms and Qualpay’s pricing.
