A recurring payment, also known as a subscription payment, recurring billing, or automated payment, is an electronically processed transaction that repeats at predefined intervals. Support setting your customers up for either recurring, installment or subscription payments by creating a plan and then assigning a customer to that plan. Support both credit card and ACH payments. On the selected billing dates, we will automatically charge your customers and let you know the results of the transactions. Qualpay Recurring Billing is paired with a Qualpay merchant account, and is available out-of-the-box via Qualpay Manager to setup and manage or alternatively via an API.
Qualpay is a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 service provider. That means you can be confident knowing that your business has the most up-to-date payment processing protection safeguards now available.

Here is how recurring payment processing works:
● Create recurring payments by using a plan or a one-time off-plan detailing how much to bill a customer through the Qualpay Recurring Billing API.
● Then apply a plan to a customer stored in the Customer Vault to create a subscription. Customers can be stored directly in the Customer Vault via API or as part of a one-time payment transaction.
● On billing dates, we will automatically charge your customers and let you know the results of the transactions.
There are three main ways to accept recurring payments: ACH transfer, invoices and credit or debit card authorization forms.
