Guarantor and Personal Credit Authorization Terms

By selecting “Guarantor Terms”, you agree to individually and severally guarantee the full and faithful performance and payment by the Merchant (identified in this Application) of each and all of Merchant's duties and obligations to Bank and Processor as provided in Section 30 of the Merchant Card Processing Agreement, which Merchant Card Processing Agreement, Merchant Application and all Addendums, are incorporated into this Guaranty by this reference.

Further, you understand by selecting this box, you are providing written instructions to Processor under the Fair Credit Reporting Act authorizing Processor to obtain information from your personal credit profile or other information from Experian. You authorize Processor to obtain such information solely for the purpose of processing this Merchant Application and/or to verify your identity in connection with applicable laws.
